At Meyer, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
